Hey FOLLOWERS! Learn to lead! 4-weeks, 4:30-5:45 Sundays Sept 21-Oct 12.
$50 up front, includes regular class and dance too.
Space is limited, so sign up early.
If you've been following for a good while, both 6 and 8-count moves,
swingouts, circles, tuck turns and all, and you've gotten pretty good--- This series is meant for you.
First of all, leading is fun, and you'll get to dance more on those nights when leaders are
in short supply. Plus learning to lead will make you a better follower! In class you will be dancing with
each other, trading lead and follow, so you get to learn with experienced partners.
Sunday Swing happens in the upstairs ballroom at 200 Grand Ave., between Harrison and Bay, in Oakland
(in the big white Vets Hall across from Lake Merritt). We have beautiful floors,
a friendly atmosphere, FREE parking
and we're a 10-minute walk from the 19th St. BART station.
There is no Sunday Swing on Memorial Day, July 6th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,
Christmas or New Years.
